Successfully lead one of the largest SAP SNP, PP/DS and STO deployments in
the history of Coca-Cola entailing 50% of the U.S. LCCE regions.
Manufacturing Planners and Distribution Centers went live in February,
2014. A large scale deployment impacting plant production; entailed much
master data and configuration changes, testing, training and pre and post
support to 975 end users.

Lead the CCR legacy and bottler consolidation of disparate Demand Planning
forecast systems. Minor SAP APO application and business intelligence
report enhancements contributed to the overall deliverable. Significant
effort allocated to resolving customer and material master data
discrepancies between three databases and associated cross reference
tables. Adopted the test leads responsibilities midstream of project,
thereby filling two project roles for CCR. Waterfall SDLC processes were
adhered to. Project successfully went live in March, 2013.
Genuine Parts Company; Shared Services
IT Project Manager Atlanta, GA
February 2011 to December 2011
Assigned two projects lacking project management discipline, leadership,
structure and processes. Projects entailed executing the RFP effort to
select a Business Intelligence (BI) tool and implementing network and VoIP
telephony upgrades to 56 distribution centers. Identified the need for BI
tool via fit-gap analysis, defined the selection process, wrote RFP and
proof-of-concept (POC) requirement documents, and managed the POC and
purchasing effort. Finalists were Oracle OBIEE and IBM Cognos. Solution
will be the core financials and HR reporting tool interfaced to PeopleSoft
for GPC corporate and subsidiaries. Successfully returned the project back
to GPC directors post contract signoff and business partner selection.
2nd project focused on revamping the Napa Distribution Center network and
telephone system project after an initial issue-strapped, poor customer
satisfaction launch by core team. Lead the business partner selection
effort to inject sufficient resources to perform two conversions per
weekend until completion. Stakeholder satisfaction dramatically improved
due to solid communication, deployment and project work plans. Reduced the
number of "day-two" support issues by 90%. Thorough integration of program
methodologies lead to the complete turn-around of project. Praised by GPC
leadership for successfully navigating obstacles on two high-profile,
difficult projects.

Managed four PCI (Payment Card Industry) security compliance projects which
entailed the remediation of 2000+ store server code, two corporate wide
data file transport mechanisms, and insecure scripts residing on thirty
plus Data Center UNIX servers.

challenging matrix'd and resource constrained environment.
. Drove the nationwide IT Help Desk server software upgrade, which replaced

Lead the requirements through pilot phases of a U.S. store server
replacement project ($35M budget) which entailed replacing four UNIX and
two Windows based servers with two state-of-the-art technology servers
running ESX VMWare at each store.
. Managed a project team of over eighty developers, architects and leads,
using a matrix organization.
. AIX applications were ported to Linux. All applications were rewritten
to utilize new packaging techniques (RPM packages deployed via Opsware or
Matrix-42) and server build methodology.
. Final deliverable consisted of the implementation of conversion night
hardware and data conversion.
. Nearly all aspects of the store technology and support were updated,
revised or replaced (including backup/recovery software, RAIDs,
middleware, and monitoring tools).

home, transition to new site, and launch four renovation projects on new
home. Personally upgraded and prepared home for market and sold in ten
days without real estate assistance. Facilitated the transition to and

home site. Realized a cost saving of over $35K. Gained knowledge and

Managed the development of a complex equipment software upgrade project for
BMG involving twenty-three applications (contract / middleware / billing /
web interfaces / report generators).

(nationwide coordination required).

. Devised and executed a Y2K test environment between SunTrust bank and

. Developed and oversaw the "Inventory and Risk Assessment" phase of all
U.S. Akzo Nobel locations (combined 55 site's). Met all planned and

Planned and managed a multiple AS/400 to HP/9000 Software/Hardware
Conversion
. Entailed researching the applications functionality, validating the
identification of the converting files, report identification and
mapping, programming requirements, and all client interfaces.
. Documented the findings in a 3-volume conversion manual that included the
overall system conversion factors and detailed client-specific factors
for seven businesses. Developed complete WBS for each of the seven
clients, for future use by the implementing Project Lead.
MHA, an IBM Business Partner

Successfully project managed one of the largest multiples conversion ever
performed outside of IBM Services; implemented and managed the entire roll-
out and conversion of 397 S36-to-AS/400 computers, proprietary client
software, and associated peripherals for Rollins/Orkin.

all processes associated with the installation, created and supported all
