Recruitment, Selection & Retention:
Sourcing, Screening, Short listing of Profiles from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster & Times Jobs), Scheduling Interviews,
and Scheduling Technical interviews with Clients.
Collecting Feedback from Clients Panel Members, Finalizing the Positions with HOD's, Salary Negotiations and take
approvals from the top level management.

Joining formalities:

Payroll Reimbursement:
Validating reimbursement bills on a monthly basis across Technicolor.
Communicating reimbursements acknowledgment to the employees.
Sending consolidated report to the payroll Manager before deadlines.

HRIS Management:
Updating & promoting the Company Policies & Procedures through HRIS System, check for timely updating of Time

Grabbing data from the attendance system and communicating employees on LOP.
