Business Data Analyst (08-Jul-2013 till 16th Jun 2014)

Liaising with Services Lines of Business, Global Product Managers, F&C and Competence Development and Resource

Managers, Global Services Solution Sales Management and Demand Planning teams and Service Demand Planning Process

and tools owners (MyERM – Enterprise Resource Management ) pertaining to data quality, initiatives for KPI

improvement, target setting & achievement etc.

Grouping and consolidating global Services Business related planning data for reporting purposes.

Providing data analysis to Global Product Managers and stakeholders and supporting the BL’s specific Planning data and

educating/training the Regions and Sub-Regions on usage and improvements in demand-supply scenario.

Involved and efficiently contributing in Services Demand Supply Process (S -DSP) process documents and user guides

preparation, finalization, and updation as and when needed in cooperation with Service Line of Business (LoB) and

feedbacks from internal markets.

Coordinating Planning Data requirements across NSN Service DSP related tools (Nelle, MyERM, MxPDM, etc.) and Master

data management of Planning Data items.

Involvement in Global Target setting exercises for 2H-2013 & 2014 with the markets based on Business / Management’s

Responsible for periodic Service Demand Planning Accuracy (S-DPA) Reports preparation with checks & validation,

1. MyERM Related

Supported the Global Competence Management Key User activities that basically included data maintenance and

updating both in Excel and tool (MyERM SAP System) to ensure a high quality content is available for MyERM upload

for:

Linear Competence Catalogue

Supported end-users queries pertaining to access issue in MyHR ERM Portal. Also, involved in Training Document

Validation, facilitation, posting to sites, and communication also being part of the process. Liaised with stream

owners of Competence & Resource Management, & Demand Planning, regions and other SB stake holders for data,

input, and compilation etc. Consolidating data for input into the SAP MyERM systems and its maintenance.

2. Resource Management Tool (RMT) – Maintenance and Support

Supporting (till ramp-down) the drive for high data quality, maintaining team and competence data and ensuring

data changes are SAP and F&C compliant. Also, supported global resource allocation process and basic user training

when agreed and supporting resource management event e.g. workshops, training sessions.

Owning, and maintaining Services Planning data in alignment with Planning Data concept with BL’s F&C & WTR STP

instructions and coordinating Planning Data requirements across Service DSP related tools issues (Nelle, MxPDM, &

Resource Management Tool - RMT) and updating the Service Planning Item (PI) Master Data list that must be

maintained in accordance with MxPDM and SB requirements.

Developed and managed the Resource Management Tool site/page with a focus on process & tool development

followed by deployment including communication, testing and training, and creating S-DPA Reports via the Business

Objects (BOXI) reports.

Analyzed the Finance Backbone (FBB) Program integration and support for RM Tool, from tools and reports

perspective. Also supported in document preparation for FBB changes and its possible impact(s) on RM Tool.
