PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
I am an excellent communicator, an honest and forthright person who excels as a team

As a graduate of Trinidad State Junior College’s Welding Program I have acquired a wide
variety of welding experiences in the most common welding processes currently used in the
welding industry. I consider TIG and SMAW welding of carbon steels to be my strongest skills
sets.
As a graduate of TSJC's Emergency Medical Technician Certificate program I am skilled
in the basic operations of the emergency services, and can respond quickly to emergent
situations.

Management and Leadership
I currently am the President and Founder of the Shomayr Foundation, a deliverance ministry
dedicated to assisting with the counseling and intervention of people and groups in less than
desirous and dangerous situations. I regularly administer cases with my two ministry associates,
and conduct research for ongoing investigations for each accepted case. (2004 -Present)
While serving as a Patrol Officer, Patrol Supervisor, and Field Supervisor for ABM Security, a
major Security Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, I managed, maintained and monitored daily
security patrols, implemented officer training, scheduled patrols, counseled, and disciplined
assigned personnel. (2006-2010)
As a Team Leader in the U.S. Army Military Police I organized, supervised, counseled,
trained, scheduled, and led the operating teams of the Honor Guard/VIP Escort/Counter-
terrorism force of the 21st SUPCOM Headquarters, Kaiserslautern, FRG. (1977-1979)
Overall, I have attained various leadership skills and experiences through forty years of civil
and military service which have made me an asset to any company demanding excellence in
customer service, dependable, solid work performance, and a team player.
Communication
I have created websites and written instructional, and non-fiction manuscripts for local
churches and ministries. I am in the process of writing a manuscript for my ministry.
I have served as a Combat Arms and Weapons Instructor for the US Air Force which required
clear and concise communications with the students and other instructors, lesson planning, and
the demonstration of various weapons systems.
Audio, video and photographic communications and recording equipment was used by my
units in the Military Police/Security Police, including personal communication devices, team
handset radios, PR-71 vehicle mounted radio systems; SLR Cameras, digital recording systems.
PRESET WORK EXPERIENCE
July 2014 - Present
I currently work with the Saguache County Sheriff Office as a Dispatcher/Jailer in
training. I maintain all communications with the county's ambulance, fire and sheriff's units;
maintain logs and records for the office and county court; I perform duties for the regular
communications of our deputies activities. As a jailer I book, feed, control and monitor all
aspects of the jail and inmates/prisoners.
