associated turbine-generators and environmental control equipment with a combined output of

approximately 1100 megawatts of electricity.

• Member of the plant safety committee and a sub-committee responsible for audit preparation.

• Routinely called out by superiors for continually “looking ahead” to ensure outages are

• Due to a prior lack of t raining program at the power plant, was the first person to “qualify” as

Shift Supervisor in plant history.

• Headed a project that “standardized” the shift supervisor turnover process ensuring accurate

and timely communication of critical information to key station personnel.

• Promotes and actively engages in housekeeping to ensure the station is maintained to a

cleanliness standard equal to no other coal fired power plant.

• Active member in a NERC committee responsible for developing, implementing and training

personnel on the requirements associated with the operation, maintenance and engineering in

a power plant.

competence and application of instructional methodology.
