Provided thorough supervision for day-to-day operations of facility in accordance with set policies and guidelines with
the facility and Centrex. Managing and coordinating daily and weekly staffing schedules for all therapy disciplines.
Established a therapy care team of 7 therapists with 3 new grads, orientating and training the team as one with daily
updates, communication throughout the day and weekly meetings with nursing staff for team building and patient
