customer expectations with on time parts availability and overseas

from the US Military.

Managed and supported major construction projects in overseas environment

including construction of a US embassy.

Supported major support disaster project part product availability for

Katrina relief operations in a difficult environment on time and under

budget.

Implemented strategic process utilizing Six Sigma methodology at GE

overhaul facility resulting in cost savings of over $3.8Million dollars

Corporate consolidation projects at United Technologies resulting in

annualized savings of over $45 Million dollars.

Significant role in the development/design team in support of the Boeing

767/757 production operations realizing on time delivery of initial major

airplane program and within budget of $4 Billion Dollars.

Proposal team at Sikorsky winning the Black Hawk Helicopter Program with

ramp up for sustained production and significant cost savings, winning

multi-year contract awards from the US Government.

subcontracts.

ships, wheeled vehicles, FMS parts and equipment.

Assignments for the identification of Supply Chain proposal opportunities in support of

all operating divisions of the corporation as well as the development of external Supply

Chain opportunities. These activities require pursuit identification, proposal

development, pricing, with full project execution upon contract award. Kuwait operational

support responsibilities included development of the organization by hiring Buyers,

Expeditors and Subcontract Administrators to support the procurement functions. Hire and

personnel development to support Kuwait warehouse operations in support of the RCV

vehicles heavy overhaul project. Successful project execution resulted in being awarded

and IDIQ requirements. Prior contracting officer consent was required before issuance of

awards to be in compliance with prime contract requirements.

US organizational development in support of overall acquisition and administration of

complex subcontract requirements in support of prime contracts. Acts as liaison between
