request and dispatch the appropriate response in a timely manner.

Activated the Emergency Operations Center in the event of a large scale emergency and coordinate all emergency service personnel and

agencies until activation is complete.

Monitor weather conditions and provide weather updates to field personnel pending severe weather.

Monitor closely all assigned radio channels.

Received non emergency calls from the public. Provide non confidential information when available or route to the appropriate agency

as necessary.

Created all initial complaint reports in the CAD system, maintained accurate record entries for all calls for service. Work with the NCIC

and FCIC federal/state computer systems to maintain and update the stolen/wanted vehicle file, and missing person file.

Maintained all FAX, radio, telephone and CAD systems in dispatch and arrange for emergency repairs when required.

State of Florida EMTB certified and CPR certified.
