Production Manager, premium sandwich maker for the convenience food
industry
. Responsible for up to 120 non union employees covering 7 production lines
in the production of up to 900,000 premium sandwiches per week
. Assisted in the plant recently achieving an SQF (Safe Quality Food) Level
3 certification (highest level)
. Developed a metrics tracking database used daily to determine production
efficiencies for the use of process improvement initiatives
