Field Support Rep II: Perform technical service of assigned
markets and merchandising of assigned route. Travel within
assigned areas. Assist with the installation of new kiosk, maintain,
repair, service and upgrade Redbox Kiosks. Duties included
temporary market oversight in the absence of the regional
operating supervisor (ROS), perform and complete preventative
maintenance on Redbox kiosk, and independently troubleshoot and
repair the kiosk up to and including complete overhaul of the

Job duties includes troubleshoot, upgrade and repair DEK Printers
from mechanical, electrical, to software. Installing and training on
DEK printer models DEK248, Typhoon Class printers (Horizon,
ELA, Infinity), Micron class printers (Horizon 03i, 02i, and 01i,
Europa, and Galaxy). Also in charge of phone support during non
travel period which includes ordering parts through DEK’s data
base as well as assisting customer on any issues with their DEK
