. Completed Health Care Aid course in 2002 with additional training in

RCP.

. Also completed a direct workplace training for patient companion and

sitting for work in different Ottawa Hospitals such Civic Hospital,

Ottawa General Hospital and Montfort Hospital

. Completed some Health Care Aid refreshment courses or new trainings at

Montfort workplace when requested such: Fall prevention in July 2012

and Special care for elders with broken heap etc

. Certificate in workplace security and handling hazardous material

EDUCATION:

. Completed also the course, in 2008 at CITE COLLEGIALE: a certificate

in Technical Sterilization of Medical equipment and materiel.

. 2001: Training for sitting and accompanying by Continental Health Care

Services

. 2002: Health Care Aid certification

. Completed six years secondary regular education program from my home

country
