• Administered an HR Database system used to process 9,000 direct hire employees and 19,000 subcontracted

• Managed special HR projects and provided weekly updates to Senior Country Management regarding HR-
specific attrition, staffing levels, and internal and external requisitions based on the scope of project needs.
