I started working in a machine shop in 1992 as a Production Operator; I then worked my way up to a Machine Operator. I began college courses and was able to achieve my journeyman's card in CNC Programming. Then I became a setup operator, and then was promoted to Lead Man. After a couple of years I then was promoted to second shift Production Supervisor. I held this position for 10 years. For the last 4 years I have been a Process Engineer.

I supervised 20 or more employees.
Timed jobs while my employees were running them to ensure that they were running them as efficient as possible.
