Chesterfield County Government --- County Loss Prevention Manager / Safety Officer

Successfully led the Workers’ Compensation Process Action Team in 2002-03 to find solutions to reduce the County’s $8 million

dollar Worker’ Compensation issue. All 11 resolutions were accepted by the County Executive Team.

Chaired the Joint Accident Review Board in 2002. The multi-departmental board reviewed School and County vehicle accidents

and ruled on preventative measures to be taken by the individual department representatives.

Won the Risk Management Department’s first National Counties Association (NACO) Award in 2000 for the County’s new Hearing

Conservation Program.
