SAP ABAP EXPERTISE:

Reports :

Created report lists for the gross sales, credit returns, gross weight for the customer for the current year and comparing th e same with

that of the previous year for the same period. The data is selected from KNVV, BKPF, BSEG and MARA.

Created commission report for the sales department sorted by sales representative. The data is extracted from VBAK, VBAP, KONV, and

MARA tables

Created an Interactive Report for displaying vendor information. Based on the selection made the corresponding Vendor Bank De tails

are listed such that the line selected in the basic list was visible along with the secondary list

Created reports in SD module such as sales order report, which covers all organization levels, delivery status, invoice status, shipping

details and partner function details. The data was extracted from VBAP, VBPA, VBAK, VBUP, VBFA, KNA1, LIPS, VBRP, MARA, VBEP and

KONV tables.

Data Conversions / Interfaces from Legacy Systems:

Designed and implemented data migration from Legacy system to SAP R/3 using BDC.

Designed and coded a BDC program for Sales Orders that updated records in the sales order screen or will create New sales orders

depending on the source data file from external systems using VA01 and VA02 transactions.

Work included studying the source data in external system and subsequently identifying and mapping the corresponding Transact ion,

Programs, Screens and Fields in the SAP system.

Developed classical batch input program for transaction FK01 to transfer the vendor address into R/3 system.

SAP Script:

Layout set was modified for Invoice and its print program to list full box qty / prices and broken box qty / prices in separa te lines for

the same line item.

Modified the layout for Order confirmation and its print program to list full box qty / prices a nd broken box qty / prices in

separate lines for the same line item for the confirmed qty with the discount %.

Smart Forms:

Developing Smart form using Smart Styles showing the details of the Purchase Orders and calculating the total net value of

the purchase orders, displaying the logo in the top of the purchase order and showing a title in the header part.

Calling Smart Form using Driver Program.

Module Pool Programming:

Creation of reports, module pool and up gradation of existing reports and dealing with performance issues.

Created a Module pool to display and modify data from customer table using table control with validations and search help .

Created a interactive report to split pallets massively and create confirmation for Transfer Order

Removed EC errors and obsolete statements from various reports

Dialogue Programming:

Developed a screen using table control for displaying the details of the purchase order table, taking input as the purchase o rder no

and also creating a push button and clicking on the push button the table control gets populated.

LSMW:

Uploading a data of the customer details using transaction (XD02) from the legacy system into the SAP R/3 system.

Data Migration of material master and vendor master from Legacy to SAP using LSMW.

ALE/IDoc :

Setting up SAP-ALE (IDoc) Interface by Creating/Maintaining Distribution model, Logical System, message types, activating the change

(CREMAS03).
