o Organizing & contributing in Employee Engagement Activities like
birthday and festival celebrations.

o Solving queries, issues and doubts of all employees
Statutory related.
o Preparing PF and PT statement every month and mailing to consultant
o Verifying PF and PT challan received from consultant
o Getting the payments done before 15th of every month to save penalties
o Have handled Gratuity related work.

o Handling employee grievances related to wages, increment and providing
satisfactory solution to their problems
o Acting as a link between management and employees
o Getting all the employees issues solved in coordination with
management
o Manage all departments and maintain the decorum of the organization

o Doing every possible effort to make separation smoother
o Taking exit interviews and trying to retain the employee
