. Developing the designs in solid works and converting them to AutoCAD.

Description: Topaz shutters are the combination of aluminum and glass made

sliding shutters that are used in kitchens, I have prepared the documentary

for the manufacturing process and train the operator to manufacture it.

. Title: standard designs for Klara and Enzo units

Description: Klara and Enzo are the TV units .klara is of high end model

and enzo is of low cost module. Difference between both the modules are

shutters.klara units consists of High glossy shutters where as enzo units

consists of Normal PLPB shutters. Done cost analysis and process

standardization for all 16 combinations.

Manufacturing of components on General Purpose Machines:

Client: Hindustan Machine Tools Limited (HMT)

The main objective is to Manufacture of components

for GPM (General Purpose Machinery) from raw material stage to finishing

stage after estimating the minimum output time and cost and selecting the

best process (machine) to perform the operation and also operational

techniques are being adopted in making a component more flexible for the

machinery.

Modeling and assembling of Butterfly Valve using PRO-E software:

Client: Central Institute of Tool Design. (CITD)

The project deals with study and designing of butterfly valve using Pro-

e software. Managed all phases of the design process for a multitude of

products, components, parts,assemblies and subassemblies, including

drafting, dimensioning, tolerance, prototyping and documenting results.
