FINAL YEAR PROJECT
Title- Pick and Place Robot using Lab-view Software
Aim- To control the robot automatically with the help of LABVIEW software using relays and
microcontroller
DESCRIPTION:
The pick and place robot is a microcontroller based mechatronics system that pick the object
from one place to desirable place.
Lab-view software is used to control the robot with the help of relays and microcontroller
(16F877A) which is a 40 pin IC
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Understanding the software functionality and its control for Robotic mechanism.
Calculation of degree of freedom(DOF).
Understanding hardware driver circuit and Microcontroller coding.
MINI-PROJECT:
Title- Vertical Axis Wind Mill
Aim-To generate electricity by renewable means which explain the result of research on
wind mill with vertical shaft.
DESCRIPTION:
Fundamentally, the wind causes the blades to rotate and thus gets its energy by converting
kinetic energy from wind into mechanical energy which is turned into electricity by the help of
generator.
Two concave blades fixed at opposite direction are used to generate power. Capable to generate
power at low velocity of wind. (6miles/sec).
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Calculation of power of the wind and assembling all hardware parts.
Inspection, testing and Fabrication of shaft, pulley and bearing.
