with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or

The Boeing Company / Project Manager - August 2007 - September 2009:
Project Management responsibilities include defining and managing
organization documentation related the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and
Quality sub-domains in support of 787 build team. Duties included the
development and deployment of Velocity and Baan 6.1 application
enhancements. Communication, information distribution, risks, quality, and
time management are some of the core competentcies in managing this project
scope. Help define project requirements in department and the
organization. Work with higher level Project Managers to develop Project
Plan and ensure project is on time and define risks. Define solutions to
any associated risks. Created and maintain project schedules and

Work closely with Information Protection, Intellectual Property, and
EAR/ITAR Organizations to ensure the appropriate Export Compliance
Classification Numbers are applied to Business Processes tied directly to
the 787 Program for both Boeing and Partner employees. This includes
applying Integration Information Management Records numbers to company
Business Process Instructions and Desktop Instructions related to 787

- August 2007
Assisted in development of new business processes for the 787 Supply Chain
Management. This encompassed implementing SSA ERP/MRP LN 6.1 / Delmia /
Enovia interfaces and BOM's (Bill of Material), which included the system
coding of these software packages. Developed BFE (Buyer Furnished
Equipment) software solutions within SSA LN 6.1 and Delmia, which
interfaced with Enovia. Worked closely with Manufacturing Engineering and
Engineering to define business needs, such as defining BOM's (Bill of
Material). This included Global Partner Integration, and the development of
new Business Process Instructions (BPI).
The Boeing Company / Tech. Services / Supply Chain Management / Buyert -
Dec.2000-July 2006:
Working in Technical Services and Modifications, we performed major
modifications for post delivery airline customers, such as 747-400 Special
Freighters, which included the use of SONIC for Spares and AOG activity.
Worked closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering defining
make/buy BOMs (Bill of Materials). This included analyzing, plan, and
control the inventory levels, schedules, and allocations of manufactured,
purchased, and furnished materials to supply shipping kits to world wide
destinations. Analyzes and integrates bills of material, master schedules,
and resources to determine demand. Authorizes acquisition or manufacture
of product to satisfy demand and dispose of residual materials.
Coordinated with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing world wide to
monitor and maintain lead-time and schedules and purchase order status.
Develops and implements strategies and methodologies within ordering
policy, which include cost savings and on-time performance. A thorough
knowledge of ISO 9001, ERP/MRP 5.1 a must. Implemented and designed
multiple new processes resulting in cost savings, timesaving, and increased
efficiencies. Satisfied customers upstream and down stream the supply
chain value stream. Act as a subject matter expert to program manage and
train the implementation of BaaN/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) latest
software package, which included making critical Business Decisions related
the Supply Chain job role. Work indepentently with minimal supervision
direction. Provided Project Management schedules, communication updates
and Power point presentations to upper management.

January 1998 - December 2000
Purchased/procured Spare parts to support the Spares and AOG Organization.
Duties include working with stores distribution warehouse personnel to
ensure on-time delivery of purchased parts and kitting of customer ordered
spares kits. Worked directly with M.E. to help define and order kit bill
of material. I audited complex bills of material and negotiated
discrepancies with M.E.
