cleaning up after them at least three times per day which involved keeping their personal effects
clean and medications administered. I also assisted the vet tech and veterinarian with
administering shots, checking patients for signs of distress, and preparing patients for surgery, x-

a part-time receptionist as needed.
Hostess (12/2010- 10/2013)
Outback Steakhouse, Tuscaloosa, AL
I greeted our customers and took them to their tables; if there was a wait, I was responsible for
providing appetizer samples and communicating with those waiting to keep a calm atmosphere. I
had to prepare silverware by polishing and rolling regularly to keep enough for all guests. I also
was responsible for answering phones and setting up call-ahead and reservations based on the
current flow of guests. I was responsible for cleaning the restrooms, taking out the garage,
sweeping, cleaning windows, and maintaining an overall neat and tidy appearance.
Front Counter/ Prep/ Boards (9/2009 - 7/2010)
Chick-Fil-A, Tuscaloosa, AL
I started off as a front counter worker, and my duties included taking our customer's orders in a
timely manner and providing drinks and deserts if ordered. I also had to make and maintain fresh
tea, lemonade, and coffee. Then I became a boards worker; I was responsible for cooking
chicken and fries according to orders appearing on screen. I had to multitask to complete many
items for multiple orders and package them accordingly. As a prep worker, I was responsible for
making biscuits each morning then preparing all cold items from scratch according to strict
recipes. I was also responsible for inventory and keeping produce and chicken ordered and then
dating and rotating these items to ensure fresh product was always being served. I had also begun
my manager training and had learned to supervise employees, take customer complaints, and
manage employee paperwork.
Seasonal Sales Floor/ Cashier (11/2007 - 12/2007)

coated yarn. I was responsible for checking our orders-out board then collecting the orders for
my line and producing them by changing color and yarns based on customer requirements. Once
the product was filled according to standard, I packaged it and then entered the data into our
computer system and sent a request to the shipping department to pick it up. I was also
responsible for repairing any faults in my line and learned to fix any mechanical issue.
Production Line Assembler (5/2005 - 8/2005)
