Consultant, ADIRE (May 10 – current)
Currently managing several projects for ADIRE (Alternative Development Initiative with Renewable Energy)
a non-profit organization.
● Program management involving long and short range planning of projects, process re-engineering,
project scheduling, budgeting, reporting and implementation, along with coaching and mentoring staff on
the planning and execution of the projects in four areas (Health, Energy, Learning & Production).
● Involved in setting up computer learning centers & information kiosks, imparting training, managing the
quality of various services and products offered by ADIRE.
● Responsible for issue/problem management, root cause analysis and tracking the problem through
completion.
● Preparing grant proposals, organize and coordinate fundraising events, reviewing the projects with the

Worked as process architect for EDCI at client sites for Overdrive First GEAR Enterprise Operation
Framework project.

As an intern at Genco I was responsible for doing a process gap analysis for their inbound and
outbound parcel management process flow and identified process improvement opportunities.
As a volunteer at Brown County United Way, was part of the strategic planning committee and
conducted community engagement workshops using Appreciative Inquiry methodology in all over
Brown County and member of the group for drafting the strategic plan and a handbook on how to

Director and Adobe PhotoShop) in the India Engineering Trade Fair’97. Similar Kiosks were also set up
for SDA’97, Malaysia and some of the information centers and Cineplex in India. Managed the projects
for setting up websites with powerful search engines for the media (Telegraph newspaper, Great Indian
Bazaar, Middle East Internet Exchange.)
