Currently managing several projects for ADIRE (Alternative Development Initiative with Renewable Energy)

a non-profit organization.

● Program management involving long and short range planning of projects, process re-engineering,

project scheduling, budgeting, reporting and implementation, along with coaching and mentoring staff on

the planning and execution of the projects in four areas (Health, Energy, Learning & Production).

● Involved in setting up computer learning centers & information kiosks, imparting training, managing the

quality of various services and products offered by ADIRE.

● Responsible for issue/problem management, root cause analysis and tracking the problem through

completion.

● Preparing grant proposals, organize and coordinate fundraising events, reviewing the projects with the

sponsors and the board members.

Process Architect EDCI, WI (Oct’07 – May 08; Feb’10 – May’10)

Worked as process architect for EDCI at client sites for Overdrive First GEAR Enterprise Operation

Framework project.

● Responsible for managing the redesign and deployment of ITIL, MOF and SOX compliant service

* During Aug’03 – Oct’07, I was doing MS in Management and was working as intern, volunteer (as I

planning committee.

As an intern at Genco I was responsible for doing a process gap analysis for their inbound and

outbound parcel management process flow and identified process improvement opportunities.

As a volunteer at Brown County United Way, was part of the strategic planning committee and

conducted community engagement workshops using Appreciative Inquiry methodology in all over

Brown County and member of the group for drafting the strategic plan and a handbook on how to

development process of Customer Management Solutions (CMS).

● Provided program management support for the assigned group of projects in the portfolio; assist project

managers in the development of project roadmaps based on resource capacity/forecast

multimedia presentations). Managed the project for setting up information kiosks (using Macromedia

Director and Adobe PhotoShop) in the India Engineering Trade Fair’97. Similar Kiosks were also set up

for SDA’97, Malaysia and some of the information centers and Cineplex in India. Managed the projects

for setting up websites with powerful search engines for the media (Telegraph newspaper, Great Indian

Bazaar, Middle East Internet Exchange.)

● Member of the PMO for developing s/w engineering processes for the company, collecting and analyzing

project data, preparing metrics. Responsible for maintaining the program management home page in the

intranet.

● Worked as an Executive Team Leader for an Onsite Training and CD-ROM Training project for the client

Telstra in Australia. Responsible for the configuration management and quality assurance activities.
