I am Shaheena Mohammed Hammed presently working in Fortis Cauvery Heart Hospital as
Nursing Manager past two and half years and I have join Fortis 2011 month of December and
part of the team in establishing the hospital.
As my previous working experience, I have continue work experience since 1989 June to
till date (Above 26 years experience) in various department, at the most my working
experience were in Intensive Care Unit in KSA multispecialty JCI accredited Unit over
14years with all advance technology and high quality comprehensive nursing care and
taking care of mechanically ventilated patients, cardiac, surgical, trauma, emergencies. I have
been certified for comprehensive ACLS, BLS, Basic ECG, IV cannulation, Nursing process
concern and issue. I have wide range of experience with handling any critical patients in ICU
setup. As well I was been functioning as mentor and unit education, JCI coordinator, unit
supervisor for 30 bedded ICU with all category.
In Vikram group of Hospital worked as Quality assurance supervisor. Being participating as
Hospital internal auditor as well as an observer, in ISO external auditing in our organization
and coordinating with quality management system. I have being certified as internal auditor
for NABH standard from stellar consultant and hospital management.
. In order to this I have extensive clinical nursing and management experience, understand
the operations of a healthcare organization, current trends and changes within the healthcare
industry, and state and federal compliance and regulatory standards. Excellent leadership and
mentoring abilities. Skills and qualities that employers look for in a chief nursing officer
