Responsibilities

. Perform Thorough & In-service inspection of static equipment and

process piping related to Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, Storage

tanks, and process piping.

. Review and sign engineering repair, alteration, and installation SOW

for pressure equipment & piping when design, codes, standards, and

regulation have met.

. Review vendor ITP's, documents, turnover packages and approval of

quality procedures.

. Preparing detail inspection work scopes as per RBI and corrosion

manual for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, fired heaters, storage

tanks, process, and power piping.

. Provide technical feedback including reports and recommendations to

CFT team on the outcome of the internal and in-service inspection of

piping and pressure equipment's and also create, maintain and update

the inspection records in SAP and e-files.

. Prepare turn around project book with a detailed scope of activities

Responsibilities

. Perform internal & external visual inspection of Pressure vessel (HLS-

B), Heat exchangers and pressure piping

. Report the inspection finding after the completion of the inspection

by creating the repair request with detail of damage mechanism and

provide recommendations.

. Perform field check for all type of pressure safety valves (PSVs) as

per the field check sheet and making sure that the PSV match P&ID

location.

. Review Engineering Work scopes, developing the Inspection Test Plan

(ITPs) and signing hold points as per design, drawings, cods and

client's requirements.

. Supervising and witnessing all type of the NDTs and heat treatment of

piping, and pressure equipment as per Codes requirements.

required capacity, set pressure and valve due date as per

. Installation of boiler piping and equipment (Rotating &

Stationary) of HRSG as per ASME Boiler & Pressure vessel codes,

Specifications and P& ID supplied by vendor

. Installation/Erection of Crude Oil treatment plant, Water

treatment plant, and Crude Oil & Diesel oil transfer pumping

station, HRSG's Tank farm and cooling towers.

. Review design submitted by contractors and assuring the design is

efficient and meets the client's requirements.

. Prepare scope of work for installation of Diesel and crude oil

piping and equipment's.

. Review and approve design changes as per the field requirements

and preparing drawings, ISO using AutoCAD
