implement resolutions for Human Resources issues. Process all faculty hiring, terminations, and
promotions at all campus locations for University of Phoenix and Western International
University; input contracts for all full-time lead faculty; develop standard operating procedures
for faculty and make improvements to current data procedures and employee benefits
Specific HR projects include:
• Developed standard operating procedures replacing dated procedures; wrote new standard operating
procedures for two new programs while assisting with kick-off
