Manage team responsible for the creative execution of proprietary branded events, road shows, thought-leadership symposiums,
tradeshows, and C-level events for the Financial Products team and the Global Employee Engagement Philanthropy team.
Responsible for end-to-end event production including:
o Go-to-marketing strategy, site selection, contract negotiation, look and feel, content, speakers, product ion, hospitality,
customer service experience, menu, décor, entertainment, staffing, etc.
o Successfully work cross-functionally, partnering with key teams: cross-platform, digital marketing, CRM, social media,
content creation, creative agency, corporate communications, print publications and Bloomberg TV.
Meet and strategize with heads of the BU on weekly basis
o Identify new event opportunities and partnerships, review timelines and deliverables, track metrics of success, provide
reporting and analysis of overall ROI and attendance trends, present recommendations to key stakeholders.

opportunities;
o Support business development pitches, requests for proposals (RFPs), and presentations, from initial strategy

o Oversee the global events calendar and ensure long-term planning for an effective events program.

Bloomberg Philanthropies US-Africa Business Forum: Worked for the Managing Director of Global Philanthropy and
worked in tandem with the U.S. Department of Commerce to organize and manage 12 private dinners in Washington, DC.
Guests included secretaries of State, Defense, Commerce and other cabinet members along with presidents and ambassadors
from over 50 African countries and top US CEOs.
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Summit: Event Lead for 2-day joint conference at Bloomberg headquarters with Lloyd
Blankfein and Michael Bloomberg. Event partnered 20 selected small businesses with Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs employees
to provide small companies business expertise, best practices and opportunities for growth.
Robin Investors Conference: Negotiated in kind sponsorship with Robin Hood Foundation. Secured Mayor Bloomberg and
Charlie Rose as speakers. Built custom TV studio and executive lounge with Bloomberg terminals. Negoti ated live Bloomberg
functionality demos during sessions. Reached 400 clients and 400 prospects. Sold 2 terminals.
America’s Cup Joint Sponsorship with Bloomberg TV: Various receptions and thought leadership events in Bloomberg’s San
Francisco office over a 3-week time period. Reached 500 clients, 1200 prospects. Sold 8 terminals.
Bloomberg Next: Six-city product launch road show in Boston, Chicago, Sao Paulo, Toronto, San Francisco and New York.

Established the Office of Event Management and Hospitality as part of the Communica tions and Marketing department
reporting into the Senior Vice President. Built team from the ground up and rolled out global event planning policies,
communication vehicles and procedures.

Conceptualized and managed global alumni programs and events for the Office of the President. Managed complex conferences,
(CLE) seminars, webinars and high end special events.
Managed operational and capital budget of $2.1 million.
Serve as project manager of the commencement and alumni website and communications including: managing vendor
relationship, creating and maintaining content and communications; and overseeing alumni email blasts and newsletters.

Executive Producer for global commencements involving more than 10,000 attendees including students, alumni, and board
