energy services ranges from upstream production, processing and gathering facilities to high-pressure
transmission and distribution lines.
Directs and guides the service organization’s (3000 employees) leadership on how to protect people in
conducting business, ensuring both office and sites are safe and secure, and to ensure company complies
with all EHS regulatory and corporate requirements. Facilitates and leads a cultural EHS change in the
workplace that fosters an injury free mindset. Leads and mentors a team of approximately 75 EHS
professionals including directors, managers and coordinators. Accountable for the EHS budget and all EHS

Global HSE Director supporting a $3+ billion multi-national supplier of custom-engineered rotating
equipment solutions to the worldwide oil, gas, petrochemical, and process industries with 9000 employees
in over 140 countries. Led the successful company-wide certification of the HSE management system to
OHSAS 18001:2007 in 2013. Responsible for the organization’s HSE direction and strategy regarding all
new product manufacturing sites and aftermarket service centers; leading and directing the successful
development and implementation of global singular processes, programs and procedures that ensure
consistency and continuous improvement across the organization. Provided strong leadership in

Global SH&E Manager for a $4 billion + multi-national chemical sales & service company (13,000
employees) directing the overall implementation and execution of a SH&E Management System for global
energy business operations spanning 5 continents and over 30 countries. Specific regional experience
includes deep-water GOM, West & North Africa, Americas, Middle East, Caspian/Russia and Asia Pacific.
Key deliverables were a 76% reduction in personal injury rates and a 57% reduction in vehicle accident
rates while sales increased by 50% and overall headcount by 70%. Support and develop local content and
talent; provide coaching and global leadership to 4 international direct reports; strategic 5-year planning
and risk management strategies; annual budgeting >$1MM; development of SH&E policies, programs and
