Each of these companies were multi-million dollars per year firms and I served as Director of Sales in

• Have successfully managed collection efforts both as a Finance Manager for Humana hospitals, as

well as for clients. Have trained employees in collections, as well as doing collections personally.

• I have had proven success selling both products and services, tangibles and intangibles.

• Have restructured millions in financing for clients, saving them thousands per month in cash flow, and

often obtaining substantial new working capital for them too.

• Trained as an MBA, with double majors in Management and Finance.

Work experience chronology:

August, 2003– Current. Poschinger & Associates, Inc. CEO and Director of Sales. Management and finance

consulting firm. Personally sold an average of $100,000-$150,000 per year in consulting fees in my business consulting

practice serving business owners in Louisville and Southern Indiana, who have companies with sales up to $10 million

per year. Extensive work with dozens of companies in a variety of industries, including retail, service, manufacturing,

etc., assisting them in solving financing and management problems.

1995 -2003. Focus: HealthCare, Inc. CEO and Director of Sales. Healthcare recruitment firm. Supplied retained

search firm services in recruiting healthcare professionals, serving clients nationwide . Managed efforts of over 30

employees in recruiting and telemarketing to physicians and compiling database information for resale. Directed the sales

of over $2,000,000 in sales each year. Personally met or exceeded my personal sales quota of $500,000 each year.

Successfully sold the company for a profit in 2003.

1987-1995 Medical Associates, Inc. CEO and Director of Sales. Healthcare recruitment and management firm. Grew

company from $100,000 to $4 million in revenue and a multi-state network of operations in seven years, including 15

hospital emergency rooms and 5 Immediate Care Centers, and negotiated with venture capitalists concerning public

offering. Directed the sales of $4,000,000 in sales each year. Personally met or exceeded my personal sales quota of

$500,000 each year. Successfully sold my stake in the company for a profit in 1995.
