Responsibilities

Is an Italian family restaurant in wich you have to be able to do all front of te house duties, have to welcome

guests in a very friendly manner if you are by the door and no one else at that moment, check them in and

direct them to a table specified if any, otherways to a table available, we all work as team but you have your

own station, we help each other, take cocktails orders, put them in the micro computer and go to the bar and

make them, if is another waiter by and not too bussy he will make them for you, serve and take food order if

they ready, have them well serve throughout their dinner or lunch, recomend nice wine depends their foods

and needs, check them trouh their staying give them their heck when they ask for and get paid wish them

fairwell and invita them to come back.

Accomplishments

being able to do everything in large parties from selling the party of 40 to 50 guests O'doubrs, apetizers, salads

main courses desserts, wine, after dinner drinks in a good readoom and timely manner, 20 % gratuity included,

and gave me extra 10% for them being happy they said.
