As Quality Services Manager I played instrumental role in launching Quality

Awareness Program as a part of Annual Quality Cycle Plan with tools like

S tatistical Process Control and House of Quality.

I successfully led a project on SMED (Single M inute Exchange of Die) to enable

quick changeover from one SKU to another in 2013. The concept was modified to be

used in the related industry and improved changeover t ime from 74 minutes (2012

average) to 38 minutes (YTD average 2013) yielding a total savings of 300K USD.

As a Cell Manager I led my cell to contribute to an annual 2.3% increase in OEE

(overall equipment effectiveness) through improvements in productivity which

contributed in helping the function to supply additional 9% volume from the factory

i n 2012. This made our company the market leader with 4% gap in the overall

national share.
