o Performs dialysis procedure as per SOP (AV fistula

cannulation and IJ catheter disinfection and dressing,

etc.)

o Checks if there is a need for ultrafiltration,

medication, blood transfusion, blood chemistry and

heparinization.

o Monitors and assess patient condition through regular

patient rounds.

o Carries out admission, discharge and transfer procedure.
