Mr. Michael’s experience spans three decades and includes business dealings at the highest levels of

both the world’s largest corporations and governments. He is a widely sought after expert in strategic

planning and international marketing. As a senior consultant to the world renowned Fantus Company,

he has assisted scores of Fortune 500 companies with their world wide growth strategies, mergers and

acquisitions and played key executive roles in several successful start-ups. Mr. Michael was

Managing Partner at MMJ, a high profile consulting company that specialized in facilitating joint

venture relationships both foreign and domestic. Mr. Michael personally put together the strategic

framework that launched many Silicon Valley start-ups and enabled dozens of large clients to acquire

new technologies and ramp-up new lines of business. Mr. Michael has also served as the COO for the

highly successful InGolf Inc. which was named California Start-up Company of the Year in 1993 and

expanded to international venues thereafter. For most of a decade Mr. Michael served as the State of

California Representative to Asia. Herein he worked with the heads of foreign countries,

government, and business concerns to develop and to joint venture high technology products

associated with the Office of Technology Transfer as well as those of the States’ major companies.
