Charged with front-line direction of a (16 hourly employees and 1 team leader) medical products shipping
operation (full case order selection (3,000 plus lines and 10,000 plus cases per shift), combining LVC
orders with corresponding HVC product (daily outbound sales dollars are typically $500,000.00), managing
both internal (McKesson private fleet) and external (contract small package and LTL carriers) transportation
entities, inspecting/ auditing to ensure superior customer experience, and managing administrative support
staff). Responsibilities include; but are not limited to, assigning team member's workload, dock management,
ensuring adherence to facility and company policies/ procedures, safety, training, housekeeping, hiring,
disciplinary action, appraising team member's performance, and accomplishment of shift, department, and
facility goals. Under my leadership, team DPMO, productivity, overtime, meeting deadlines, and overall
customer experience have been vastly improved.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
THE HOME DEPOT - 2008 to 2009
Manage all aspects of quality assured, time sensitive, and cost effective receipt and processing of merchandise
into and through a 575,000 square foot rapid deployment center (all merchandise received, processed, and
shipped within twenty four hours). Supervised four salaried supervisors directly and 75-100 hourly associates
indirectly in a highly automated and WMS (Manhattan Solutions) driven distribution environment. Charged with
ensuring compliance to all receiving and processing SOP's, meeting or exceeding CPH goals, maintaining an
inbound receiving and processing correction rate at or less than .02%, and operating incident/ accident free.
Promoted twice during one year tenure with organization.
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
M&W DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC - 2006 to 2006

Charged and ultimately responsible for managing all aspects (budget, planning, scheduling, manpower
allocation, equipment utilization, receiving, shipping, inventory control, maintenance, safety, sanitation, and
security) of a 325,000 square foot third party (consumer products) distribution center.
SHIPPING MANAGER
TYCO HEALTHCARE - 2001 to 2006
Responsible for managing a three shift, twenty-four hour, six day medical products shipping operation. Charged
with managing an annual direct labor (70 hourly employees), indirect labor (6 team leaders and 1 planner),
and exempt (3 supervisors) budget of approximately four million dollars. Measured on efficiency metrics (cost
per case, volumes produced, and delivery timeliness), quality metrics (customer satisfaction and accuracy
performance), and employee morale metrics (safety and labor retention). Consistently met or exceeded metrics
in all categories while reducing headcount through attrition. Developed, implemented, and managed a world
class (measurable) housekeeping policy.
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
THE STANLEY WORKS/ MENLO LOGISTICS, INC - 1998 to 2000
Supervised all facets of night shift operation to include: receiving, stock put-away, inventory control, order
selection, packing, shipping, maintenance, quality assurance, kitting, and security. Responsible for managing
(50-75) regular employees and (50-75) contract workers in a 250,000 square foot distribution center. Charged
with allocating and managing manpower based on workload priority in this WMS (DM Plus 5.2) environment.
Responsible for managing productivity, service level performance, order backlog, quality, and safety in this
typical ($750,000.00 - $1,000,000.00) a day pick/ pack operation.
