Federal contractor that installed, troubleshot, and repaired US military tactical and combat vehicle communications systems in

Afghanistan.

• Under frequent enemy fire, managed Electronics Maintenance Facility and supervised the 10-member COMMO Team

of technicians and laborers who installed and maintained the communications systems and night vision devices.

• Designed and procured the fabricated work center, tools, and equipment.

• Inventoried, tracked, and accounted for the communications systems’ radios, night division devices, spare parts,

tools, and labor man hours.

• Performed quality assurance on the installation of the communications systems.

ManTech, Senior Technician III, 3/04 – 3/05.

Federal contractor that maintained US military robotics systems in Iraq.

• Lead field engineer who maintained all EOD Robotics systems in “Operation Iraqi Freedom” for anti-IED missions.

• Provided training and robotics supply and maintenance support to the Iraqi Government.

• Under daily enemy mortar attacks, performed field analyses of EOD Robotics systems, measuring for durability and

environmental impacts.

Division manufactured and repaired semi-conductors as a part of the Applied Semi-Conductor Technology Center.

• Performed routine maintenance and specialized repair in a clean room environment on various Ion Implant semi-

conductors, robotics, wafer handling equipment, and vacuum systems.

• Manufactured and maintained the tools used for repair.

• Operated and maintained microwave, VSAT and LOS sites and associated up/down link converters, power

Federal defense contractor in Bosnia and Hungary.

• Senior technician on team that installed SATCOM antennas and electronics equipment in remote war theater

sites.

• Operated and maintained SATCOM, microwave, VSAT and LOS sites and associated equipment in Hungary.

• Troubleshot, repaired, maintained, and calibrated radar, weapons, navigation, and communications systems and

• Coordinate sports leadership training and academic programs and organize tournaments and field trips to expose

participants to diverse people, challenging experiences, and college environments.
