electronics to electrical to mechanical. Prior to the Post Office, I had a
great deal of experience in building maintenance, construction, appliance

siding and commercial and residential rough and finish carpentry, even
dishwashing. There is no job too small or challenge to great. After

. Using a power ox, forklift or electric hand jack, I unloaded containers
of mail from trucks/trailers and transported to appropriate work areas
throughout the building and moved mail from one work area to another for
further processing with tight time constraints. Moved containers of mail
to the proper docks for dispatching, adhering to important and tight
dispatch schedules. Utilized strong written and oral communication

Effectively worked in groups with diverse ethic, national, racial, sexual
orientations and handicapped individuals including deaf and hard of
hearing. As Acting Supervisor, I supervised crews in processing mail
-adhering to tight dispatch schedules, completing daily end of tour
production reports, accounting for man hours/machine hours and managing

. Repaired and maintained all electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior,
structural and other systems of a 150 unit apartment complex. Performed
routine cleaning and maintenance for an oil fired boiler and AC cooling
tower. Totally gutted and remodeled each kitchen and bathroom as units
became vacant as well as painting, repairing and cleaning each unit.
Responded to all repair calls and work orders. Maintained water system
for forced air hot/cold units. Supervised small team to maintain grounds
