American Textile Company is a leading manufacturer of bed pillows and top of bed coverings.
VP Operations – Central and Eastern US 2008 – July 2014
• Managed a staff of 150-200 Direct and Indirect employees for the manufacturing of over 3 million
Bed Pillows annually in two manufacturing facilities.
• Directed weekly production schedule of both Bed Pillows and Bed coverings
• Managed the move of all assets including associates, conveyer system, racking and machinery
used in storing and distribution. Moved $40 million of finished goods inventory from PA facility to
GA facility over a 10 month period.
• Managed startup of Bed Pillow operations in GA facility
• Trained Plant Manager and Supervisors on ERP and other company systems
• Conducted customer factory evaluations
• Created yearly $5-7 million labor, CAPEX and maintenance budgets for Bed Pillow operations and
reported on actual to budget monthly.
• Communicated, published and trained all manufacturing employees on company Safety rules.

Director of Operations – Central America and Duquesne, PA 2004 - 2008
• Partnered in the creation of a proprietary “Scorecard” to view and monitor daily, weekly, monthly
and yearly production metrics and KPI’s for pillow operations.
• Created a database for production of Bed coverings in El Salvador, CA cut and sew operations.
• Planned the production of all cut and sew operations in El Salvador using ERP system.
• Negotiated labor needs for operations in El Salvador.
