. Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation of GTECH equipment.

. Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in

performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.

recommendations for improvements to procedures, etc.

. Examine equipment brought in to the depot by other FSTs for repair and

perform more extensive troubleshooting procedures, according to GTECH

guidelines, to restore terminals to working condition. For each

terminal brought in to the depot, follow GTECH procedures to verify

that FSTs are accurately diagnosing problems in the field and fill out

report forms accordingly.

. Provide on-the-job training to new hires or other individuals as

assigned. Pack, ship, and receive equipment to and from repair centers
