Coordinate the inspection, analysis and valuation of commercial, multi-family and
residential properties that secured non-performing mortgage loans to be acquired
from RTC, FDIC and privately owned financial institutions. Analyze and value large
commercial properties acquired by foreclosure or direct purchase including lease-up
of distressed assets, tenant refit and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements.
Resolution of large balance loans secured by commercial or multi-family properties,
including negotiation with debtors and hiring legal counsel. Responsibilities require
extensive travel throughout the United States and development and maintenance of
a network of brokers, architects, general contractors, appraisers and property
managers.

Responsibilities included coordinating the inspection, analysis and valuation of
commercial, multi-family and residential properties. The properties secured
mortgages owned by First Federal Savings Bank of Delaware (FFSB) or were insured
by Investors Mortgage Insurance Company (IMI). FFSB and IMI are subsidiaries of
Ocwen Financial Corporation. Developed management/marketing plans for the
disposition of several resort condominium projects located in the Eastern U.S.
Conducted final review of all real estate appraisals for FFSB and IMI.
