Safety, and Quality Assurance Programs at SRNS.
Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) - Planned and maintained the program
recertification schedule and developed project WBS for the continuous
improvement tool used to ensure site-wide effectiveness of health and
safety programs. The detailed planning aspect of the VPP Recertification
program, lead to the SRNS highest achievable award, 2010 STAR Status
Recertification from the U.S. Department of Energy.
Integrated Safety Management (ISM) - Created and maintained the event

employees. The ISM Program functionality covers work scope definition,
analysis of hazards, development and implementation of hazard controls,
work performance within controls guidance, and continuous employee feedback

Enterprise Integrated Safety Management (EISM) - Created and maintained the
project schedule and WBS, of the Northrop Grumman safety system of
crossover platforms for safety integration of SRNS, including hazard
evaluation improvements, program efficiency, industrial hygiene exposure
betterment, and align with NNSA's Direction.
