Oversaw all accounting and finance functions. As Executive Management team member, participated in
s trategic planning, including expense forecasting, tax planning, and cash management. Led business
d evelopment of major brand licensing agreement.
Monthly reporting package to management team enhanced the information flow to aide in inventory

Managed the ISO:9001:2008 certification project; sourced the certification company and auditor;

Developed consolidated company in MAS to report for immediate tracking of company

Incorporated 401K plan and managed the corporate health policy to reduce the company costs
