Project: Credit Card Product Revitalization
The Project spanning a variety of markets involving several technical and non- technical teams to ensure
the credit card issuing platform was able to accommodate co-branded product across markets and
countries.

Project: Implementation of Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
This system was developed based on Oracle database and incorporated reporting dashboards for user
on the front end. I was the main link between the business teams and the development team. I
participated in helping evaluate other asset management solutions and eventual selection of the Oracles
EAM. I collaborated with the project team to elicit and document specification needed for the system.

The scope of the project is to develop a new ERP system for Case Management and all other business
functions for a client of RPS. Execution of this project will facilitate claims management and processing,
automation of tasks using case specific customized workflows and reconciliation of case finances along with
other administrative functions such as reporting, user and content management. The project will contribute to
the company's objective of maximizing revenue through a cost effective and more streamlined process of case
management.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzed the requirements through client requirement walkthrough sessions/JAD sessions and
finalizing the user requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement specifications (FRS).
• Collaborated with various geographically dispersed teams (Business stakeholders, Developers,
Project Managers) to successfully launch multiple in-flight projects including site redesigns, single sign-
