selection, training, and supervision of all departmental personnel; annual

and repair; tooling design engineering and modification: trouble shooting

Specific Accomplishments: Increased productivity by 20% and decreased labor

budget by $100,000 a year through tooling modifications and light

Reported directly to plant owner. Managed the three shift/seven day a week

operation of the entire plant which included five supervisory personnel,
