Job Profile
Rework the defects on PCBA, which are occurred in SMT and THT production lines.
Rework the PCBAs using Soldering irons and Hot air guns
Handled different types BTS Antennas.
Verify that the necessary corrective and preventive actions are implemented as decided
and planned.
Ensure that records are maintained of the test results and it verify the records.
Perform the initial test, burn test and calibration.
Service the production units as per the work instruction documented.
Report any critical problems noted during testing and servicing to the works manager.
Record the faults observed and the correction.
Design and implement engineering activities; to organize new projects till mass
manufacturing.
Supporting the development and implementation of new manufacturing techniques with
cost effective solution.
Up keeping the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of 80% for all the machines.
Works with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, outside customers as needed.
Daily Defect analysis report and presentation
Job Responsibilities
Define new manufacturing process setup, by defining assembly process stages, selecting
right tools & machines.
RF Test various frequencies for GSM, UMTS, and LTE in BTS antennas.
Checking the vibration stability of the antennas in VSWR test for voltage performance
(snipping performance).
PIM Test the Dual Band, Tri Band and Ultra Band antennas in 3rd product(IM3).
Analysis the Process & part failures and take corrective & preventive action (CAPA) by
working with internal team & Suppliers.
Continuous monitoring the process in order to improve the Yield and reduce the
Variations.
Controlling the Lead-free process to the lowest DPMs.
Apply the complete 7 QC Tools, 8D Report to improve the process.
DFM analysis And FMEA preparation.
People Management.
