CAREER OBJECTIVE:

To establish myself into the corporate world, where I can employ my

knowledge and skills to the best use of the organization, while enriching

myself through experience. I am fully confident that I can work under any

constraint and also enhance my professional and personal skills to meet

the demand of my job requirements.

1. Worked as process associate (Underwriter) in Insurance Vertical

at GENPACT from may 2012 to july 2013

Role model

In genpact:-

Locating locations on Google, calculating the premium, applying deductibles

as instructed by the insurance company by using our techniques, forecasting

the risk mechanically and then providing the final result or calculative

result

To the insurance company. Basically we give an overview in depth about the

risk involved,amount born by insuraer and insured it was the p4

process

Then the same was adviced to our customers over the mail regarding to

binding of quotation amount and deductibles and premium charged when the

accounts are about to close...

Other role:

Being a fun spoke I organized many games plays and functions and assured

that my team members are enjoying.

I made Friday a fun day for my team mates,and created fun at work with

cheerful environment.

Organized many picnics funs and many other activities to relieve team

members from stress and assured that we loved our work and are happy

willingfully doing it.

Currently working :-

In shaadi.com as a Relationship Manager(joined on 2nd Dec)

Role model in shaadi.com:-

Use to understand the needs of premium customers,acted as a personal

advisor,after understanding their requirements used to provide them their

prefect options,on their acceptance we used to contact the other party on

premium members behalf..basically acted as a mediator as well.if all went

good at last we used to arramge meeting for final outcome.

Acted as a core responsible person for their life's decision and acted like

an angel to unite two souls...

Apart from this we mainted their profiles and even played the role of

content writer on their profiles.
