Job Accountability and Responsibilities:

Ensuring the work at site is being executed as per GFC drawings

Checking of construction works including layouts

Study the provision of the contract

Study the Construction drawings for completeness and preparing RFI (Request for

Information)

Work out the quantities of client supplies material (Cement, R/F steel etc) for timely

procurement

Ensuring quality of material and workmanship as per technical specifications/IS Codes.

Checking and ensuring quality systems are being implemented and records are

maintained

Assist PM in Preparing/Review the contractors resource deployment and additional

requirement

Discuss Daily work plan with the contractor

Daily Interaction with Contractors/subcontractors to understand the reason of delay in

progress/details required, if any

Reporting of work progress.

Verification of Contractors Bills.

Ensuring Site safety aspects are strictly followed.
