customers with complaints, and account cancellation. Responsible for customer retention in the loyalty
department. Access accounts and provide solutions and offers to customers who want to cancel their account,
or are experiencing an unpleasant situation. Deescalate upset customers and resolve their issue or the problem
using the tools available to me. Schedule technician appointments when needed. Provide troubleshooting of
