Processed them, did a credit check using the Core Logic system, which
incorporates all 3 major credit reporting agencies, made decisions, and if
approved, notified applicants to set up appointments for the lease signing.
Prepared all the documents that were need for a successful lease signing.
Spoke with Real Estate Brokers regarding the availability of apartments,
location, rental amounts, and any questions regarding applications they
submitted for review.
Spoke to current tenants who inquired to transfer to another apartment,
either smaller, larger, or an apartment in another location within our
portfolio.
Met with applicants for the signing, answer any questions, signed the
lease, and confirmed that all necessary documents were in order.
Notified various departments that an apartment was rented.
Submitted completed paperwork to management.
Did all correspondence regarding the lease signing, and communicated with
the new tenant and Building Superintendent to insure that they received
their keys and access to their apartment.
