Set up Quality Department and championed QS9000 program for new plant in Grand Rapids

Implemented QS 9000/ TS 16949 procedures, policies, work instruction, control plans and internal
audits.
Set up Layered Process Audits for the plant and addressed corrective action required.
Injection Molding (cosmetic parts), Metal stamping, Paint, E-Coat, Welding.
Worked close with ISO planning, audits, and corrective actions.
