Touring.

. Represent the Company in Price Bid Opening Meetings for Government
Tenders.
. Maintaining Customer Relations and Liaise Customers with Company
Management.
. Effect Co-ordination between various departments of the Organization.
. Prepare Raw Material Estimation Sheets from Drawings required for
Tender Preparation, Procure Tender Documents, obtain Technical
Clarifications etc.
. Preparation of various Techno-Commercial Offers & Quotations.
. Meeting Contractors and Consultants for obtaining Product Application
requirements.
. Generate Inquiries by visiting Consultants,Contractors industries
like
Fertilizer Plants, Chemical Plants, Oil & Gas Refineries, Power
Plants, Sugar Mills, Pharmaceutical Factories, Cement Plants, Sewage
Treatment Plants, Automobiles industries and Etc..
. Follow up Quotation Status and obtain order, Payment Collections.
. Visits to Various Manufacturing Industries to generate business.
. Maintaining Relations with the Customers, Providing Technical Support
to the Dealers as well.
. Demonstration and Presentation of the Latest Products to Customers.
. Obtaining Product Approvals from Clients.
. Report to Head office of the Region's performance every fortnight, and
also forecast the trends, analysis and the future business expected,
suggestions for further business and growth.

the Web Based Requirements and for E- Tendering Procedures. Ex,
