Hazard Analysis using D2Puff, a program that predicts hazards based on
current meteorology data and amount of chemical agent involved, this
program also predicts the areas of danger and the communities that
will be at risk, this helps when notifying the off post agencies of
the emergency

occur in case of an emergency to the off post communities and advise
the commanding officer of those risks and assist with recommendations
