Responsible for Leadership of First Line Production managers and ensuring schedule maintained with high quality and within budget controls
- Lead nonstandard work, 7 mangers, and rotation of up to 140 assemblers with 787 final assemblies, structural, systems, and electrical
work statements at Final Assembly start up.
- Effectively facilitate training for the Final Assembly Team with regard to production launching through development and
implementation of training tracker, in coordination with project team.
- Coordinate with delivery center to obtain flight line technicians loaned for final assembly to staff non-standard work team.
- Demonstrate unsurpassed management skill in hiring and selecting managers and assemblers. Lead efforts in optimizing nonstandard work
to position 0 and 1 for the successful implementation of changes early in the build process for the first two aircraft as well as developing
a pervasive wiring team with expertise in complex wiring repairs.

- Corrective action board in evaluating Ishikawa’s workmanship defects with corrective actions from the senior manager team
